My bf and I walked in from 5 below, I was getting settled and putting the stuff I had just bought away in my purse and one of the men who worked here kept following us around then came up to us and said “now I'm not accusing you but that bag may look suspicious”, my 5 below bag full of trash is soooo suspicious, I told him it was trash and told him he could look if he wanted but he refused so I gave it to him to throw away and we left. And that was only the third time I had ever went in there, the first time I just needed to use the bathroom and they looked at me all weird and followed me till I left. Basically I see why they don’t get much business, also the spray paint I bought on my second visit SUCKED so yeah y'all suck hope they replace y'all with literally anything else. 🤣

The people who work here are so kind and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at various products offered. I will be coming here more often.

Me and my daughter stopped in to just blow about 30 minutes waiting for laundry. Got asked right away if we needed anything i said no thank you we are just looking. Then the same guy who worked there proceeded to follow us everywhere we went watching us the entire time even other workers would look at us wierd like people dont just look around for a bit. Then he came and stood right next to us didnt say a word so we walked to another part of the store just browsing. He proceeded to keep following us around then he couldnt take it anymore and had to approach us again this time asking us sooo what are your guys plans ??? Like well if u dont need anything why the hell you here type of question. I told him we are just blowing some time waiting on some stuff of mine. Im thinking nine of your dam business. So i decided it was time to go. Just made us very uncomfortable very awkward i felt guilty for not even doing anything wrong my daughter even told me the same thing. He also made the comment well yea its a hardware store. Very sarcastically it was just a horrible experience as far as proper customer service was concerned. So safe to say im not gonna be shopping there ever not that i di

New store is great. Welcome back. The place to find what you need to get it done. We have the other store in South Sioux but glad to have the Iowa store open. Usually my go to for keys but the last trip was for a battery charger/starter. It did the trick nicely. Will be back as long as your open. Thanks.
